Larry A. Levick concentrates his practice on bankruptcy and financial workouts. Larry’s practice is broad in scope ranging from national corporations as creditors as well as individuals and bankruptcy trustees.

Larry has represented debtors, committees, Chapter 11 Trustees, liquidating trustees, Chapter 7 trustees, creditors and prospective purchasers of assets around the country and has experience with every aspect of the bankruptcy process including bankruptcy appeals. Larry has been counsel of record to several parties with appeals pending before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals including In re Jacobsen, 609 F.3d 647 (C.A.5 (Tex) 2010), In re McLain, 516 F.3d 301 (C.A.5 (Tex.) 2008) and Reed v. City of Arlington, 650 F.3d 571 (C.A.5 (Tex.) 2011). Larry’s reputation for being practical and economical in his proceedings has won him great respect with his clients.

Larry began practicing law in 1986. One of his many accomplishments is the co-authoring of the article Notice in Bankruptcy. Larry received his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law and graduated cum laude from Tulane University. He is licensed to practice in all of the Texas state and federal courts and is a member of the bankruptcy section of the Dallas Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
